1.1. By accessing and using
imprint.live ("Platform"), you ("User") signify your agreement
to be bound by these terms, including any updates or
modifications we may make from time to time (collectively,
"Terms of Service" or "TOS").
1.2. If you do not agree to
these terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.
2. Service Description:
2.1. The Platform is
designed to allow Users to post "imprints," which are
primarily text-based posts. Users may also have the option to
enhance their posts by attaching images.
2.2. While we strive for
uptime and availability, the Platform may occasionally be down
for maintenance or other reasons. We reserve the right to
modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service
with or without notice.
3. User Conduct:
3.1. You agree to abide by
all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
and regulations when using the Platform.
3.2. Prohibited actions
include, but are not limited to, posting content that is
defamatory, harassing, pornographic, invasive of another's
privacy, harmful to minors or animals in any way.
3.3. Users are also
prohibited from posting content that promotes hatred or
discrimination against individuals based on race, gender,
religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
4. Data & Content:
4.1. While all content
posted by Users remains their intellectual property, by
posting, Users grant imprint.live a non-exclusive,
transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use,
reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display,
and perform the content in connection with the Platform and
its successors.
4.2. Users represent and
warrant that they own or have the necessary licenses, rights,
consents, and permissions to grant the aforementioned rights
to imprint.live.
5. AI Moderation:
5.1. The Platform uses
AI-powered systems to scan and moderate content. This ensures
that the content aligns with our guidelines and does not
infringe upon the rights of others.
5.2. Any decision made by
the AI can be appealed, and a human review can be requested.
6. Termination:
6.1. We reserve the right
to suspend or terminate User accounts that are found to
repeatedly violate our terms, disseminate malicious content,
or engage in fraudulent activities.
6.2. In cases of account
termination, Users may lose access to their previously posted
content, and imprint.live is under no obligation to provide a
backup or copy of such content.
7. Amendments:
7.1. We reserve the right
to modify these TOS at any given time. We may notify Users of
significant changes, but it remains the User's responsibility
to check the TOS periodically for updates.
7.2. Continued use of the
Platform after changes to the TOS signifies acceptance of the
updated terms.
8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1. Users acknowledge and
agree that imprint.live shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary
damages resulting from the use or inability to use the
Platform or any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
and/or any personal information stored therein.
9. Dispute Resolution:
9.1. Any disputes arising
from the use of the Platform or related to these TOS will be
governed by United States law. Parties agree to resolve
disputes through arbitration first before seeking remedies
through formal litigation.
